Zteal is a Tuffle mutated by King Magnez’s evil energy, appearing in Dragon Ball Thunder.
Design[]
Zteal is quite tanned, especially considering he is a Universe 7 Tuffle. Zteal has long, purple hair similar to Future Trunks, though Zteal’s hair only going down to his shoulders. Zteal wears black jeans, a metallic belt, and a grey shirt.
Personality: Before he was mutated by King Magnez’s evil energy, Zteal was quite peaceful, never seeming to get into conflict with others, avoiding it at all costs. After his mutation, Zteal became a ferocious being filled with pure malice and the intent of destruction.
