Zoro (セル Zeru) is the ultimate creation of the Dark Star Dragon Balls, designed to cause terriro on earth for using them. The result was a "perfect warrior", possessing powerful genetics but was later imprisoned by Goku. After achieving perfection, he sought to dominate the world through fear of his incredible power.
