This page lists the fanon history and makeup of the Z Fighters. It will only list important facts about the Z Fighters that are fanon expansions of KidVegeta's Universe. The breakup of members/supporters/allies is slightly different compared to the list presented on the Dragon Ball Wiki.
History[]
In July of Age 767, Bulma visited Dr. Gero's destroyed lab and found the incomplete Androids 21, 22, and 23. She took 21 and 22 with her back to her lab to run some tests. She wanted to change their AI and then activate them so that they could join the Z Fighters. As of Age 787, they had still not been successfully reactivated.
In Age 774, after coming to Earth, Ledas had confrontational battles against both Vegeta and Piccolo before revealing his identity to the Z Fighters, barely escaping with his life in both.
In the Reunion Saga of Dragon Ball Z: The Forgotten, Guva came to Earth under the control of The Benefactor in attempt to lure out Ledas for capture, as The Benefactor wanted to take back the ki the boy had stolen from him many years ago on Lauto's Planet. As Ledas was incapacitated by the New Red Ribbon Army at the time, Guva's power spike only served to draw the Z Fighters to him. Because they were not who he wanted to fight, he attempted to stall against them until Ledas appeared by fighting several of the weaker members, including Chiaotzu, Yamcha, and Tien. While Guva dominated Yamcha and Chiaotzu, he was unable to defeat Tien.
However, at that time Ledas appeared, having defeated his New Red Ribbon Army captors and having sensed Guva on the planet. The Benefactor then appeared, killing Guva before Tien could vaporize him, and tried to confront the boy. Tien fought him first, however, as he was pissed off that Guva had nearly killed Chiaotzu. The Benefactor easily dealt with him, which angered the other Z Fighters. Krillin attempted to see if Yamcha and the others were okay, so The Benefactor attacked him, and when Android 18 tried to save Krillin, she was hit by an Impalement Beam.
The remaining Z Fighers were outraged at the alien's actions. The Benefactor was no match for all of them at once, so he used an energy-draining technique, Locke's Ruse, to weaken them, allowing him to overpower Gohan, Piccolo, Gotenks, and even Goku. Vegeta, who was busy dealing with a reunion with Ledas, was not in the range of the attack, and so his energy was not drained.
Then, Ledas confronted The Benefactor. That fight went poorly for the boy, ending up in him being knocked unconscious after putting up barely any defense against the Iyxan's onslaught. Seeing his old friend get beaten up and be threatened with immediate death was enough to push Vegeta over the edge, resulting in him achieving Super Saiyan 3. Then, he battled The Benefactor.
In the Fulfillment Saga, Vegeta continued to battle The Benefactor until his energy ran out. When that occurred, he was swiftly defeated by his opponent. At that point, Ledas had been found by Yajirobe and Krillin and given a senzu bean. The boy was still no match for The Benefactor in their next battle, prompting Yajirobe to throw Verlate's mind prison at the alien from his car (Korin, sensing that the device might be necessary, had thrown it in the back of Yajirobe's car without telling him). This resulted in both Ledas and The Benefactor being sucked into the mind prison. Ledas was eventually able to escape the prison, trapping The Benefactor in there, so Yajirobe was perhaps the most instrumental Z Fighter in the fight against The Benefactor.
Ten days later, Ledas and many of the Z Fighters attended a tournament hosted by Cardinal to celebrate Earth's defense against The Benefactor. It was there that Ledas was properly reunited with Vegeta and fully acquainted with the other Z Fighters. Additionally, that was where Ryori first met Mr. Satan.
In Age 775, the Z Fighters, as well as Ledas and Ryori, attended Bulma's birthday party. Yajirobe became enamored with a server girl and followed her home, but she eventually tripped and fell into the road, smacking her head on the concrete, which killed her instantly.
In Age 776, Kibito Kai and Majin Buu attempted to stop Beelzebub, Abo, Kado, and Ledas from summoning Shenron to wish for Dabura's life to be restored (amongst other things). While the King of the Demon Realm was not revived, the wishes were still used by Abo, Buu, and Ledas. Afterwards, Kibito Kai transported Beelzebub to heaven to see his father and then back to the Demon Realm.
In Age 784, after sensing Kid Buu, the Z Fighters and Ledas rushed to his location and did battle with him. However, as he had absorbed Uub, he had gotten a massive power boost, and he was able to defeat them all. Vegeta and Ledas were defeated before they were able to transform. Later on, Buu even beat Goku before he could go Super Saiyan Blue, which allowed Babidi, recently returned from HFIL, to put Buu back in his ball and flee Earth.
