Winttor is a minor antagonist, and is set to appear in the upcoming Dragon Ball: Descendant.
Design: Winttor resembles Frieza in many ways, though Winttor is only around 3 inches tall, he has small, draconic wings, the “dome” on his head is yellow. Winttor has large, beady eyes, he has a small mouth, and a stubby tail.
Personality: Winttor is a mostly silent character, but he is shown to never back down from a fight, always willing to give it his all, though he usually ends up needing to retreat after a battle. Not much else is known about Winttors personality.
Abilites:
- Flight, of course he can fly..
- Heated Bash, Winttors “dome” begins to glow, as his rams his head into his enemies, often leaving burns on their bodies.
- Fireballs, Winttor can fire small, round fireballs out of his mouth.

Trivia: Winttor looks identical to the unused kaiju Halfun, who was set to appear in "Godzilla Vs. Redmoon", which was going to be released in 1972, nothing ever came of it however.
