William
William is a boy in our diminsion. He is an inventor so he comes to Goku's dimension becuase Majezell is destroying his dimension so he goes to Goku's dimension. William talks to Goku about what's happening but because Freeza isn't on Namek because Cell absorbed Buu and Freeza but because of that Freeza is dead making Goku dead. But because of that Goku dosen't escape planet Namek.
