Vegecell is the EX-Fusion of Super Saiyan 2nd Grade Vegeta and Semi-Perfect Cell.
Appearance[]
He has Vegeta's hairstyle between his jutting sections, and face similar to that of Vegeta's. His hands are white similar to Vegeta's white clothes, and his muscles are bulky like Super Saiyan 2nd Grade (Ascended Super Saiyan). His eyes of that Semi-Perfect Cell's eyes, and his upper-body has Vegeta's armour and Jumpsuit, but is spotted like Cell's body. His lower legs are blue with spots on them like Cell, and has Vegeta's boots. His tail is white instead of Orange, and his stinger is replaced by the tip of Vegeta's tail.
