Ultra Super Saiyan 3 is a form that multiplies Super Saiyan 3 by ten times but it takes up a lot of energy.
It's 4,000 times base power. Besides Goku, only celltronian and Giro can use it.
Goku and Celltronian are able to use Kaio-ken to multiply it's power though it takes even more power. They can also use Instant Transmissio nto make up for the speed loss.
