The Transforming Ability also known as the Nightmare Tranformations is an ability used by the Frieza Race to either suppress or increase their power used either by mutations or a secondary method.
Overview[]
The ability can be used by several mutations to the body or being possessing unusual or unique DNA.
Suppression Forms[]
1st Transformation[]
The standard or first form used by Frieza, Cooler, Dial, Frost, and possibly King Cold. It is the first Suppression form.
2nd Transformation[]
The second form used by Frieza, Frost, Dial, and Cooler. It's the second suppression form which results in the user growing exponentially in height.
3rd Transformation[]
The Third Form used by Frieza, Dial, and Cooler. It's the final Suppression Form of the Nightmare Transformations and is considerably the strongest of all three.
Super Evolutions[]
4th Transformation[]
The fourth form often mistakenly called the fifth form. This form is used by Cooler and Dial, and later Frieza. It can be achieved via transforming in the 3rd Suppression Form or the True Form, however, there's light difference between transforming in the Third Form and the True Form as the Fourth Transformation is based on increasing the power output of the True Form.
Super 4th Transformation[]
While this is technically the Fifth Transformation - it was dubbed by Dial as Super Fourth Transformation. It can only be achieved by an excess amount of ki for a number of fighters while pushing past one's limits through a sheer force of will.
Reborn[]
Main articles: Reborn and Spirit Control (SSJJ)
The third form of the Super Evolution line of the Nightmare transformations as well the sixth Nightmare Transformation. The user infuses the body with high-level Spirit Control. This state was first achieved by Dial and was dubbed by Dial as the Reborn state due to the fact that he felt like he was just Reborn when he first entered the form.
Empowerments[]
Big Gete Star[]
After his initial defeat in his fight against Frieza and Cell; Towa merged Cooler's head with the Big Gete Star giving birth to Meta-Cooler Core: DBA.
Ultimate Evolution[]
The "Ultimate Evolution" is the natural progression of the Frieza Race which can be utilised along side the Nightmare Transformations including the Fourth Transformation and Super Fourth Transformation.
