Tourettes Steve is one of the major character in the LOK series.
He is one of the four major characters who are friends with the well-known characters of LOK, along with Stephen, Kim, Bulla, and Drew (in later sagas). Tourettes Steve is a very popular and well-known LOK character, and has become an international celebrity. Most of the time, he is the show's primary bad (douchbag), but sometimes a protagonist or anti-hero.
None of the three other major or the main characters consider him their friend, but he is usually Android 9's choice for when he breaks his friendship with Kyle. In few episodes, Stephen is his best friend.
