Shimo, short for Tōshō (Frostbite) and also known as yuki/commander Tosho is a moderately powerful Arcosian.
Early Life[]
Tosho is King Cold's Brother's Son, making him the 1st cousin of Frieza and his Brother (Cooler).
Tosho would spend a majority and large quantity/portion of his life hibernating and when he came out he would almost instantly be assigned a mission. This mission was to scoure earth for fighters due to it showing power level signatures that were quite high and because the planet was out of Frieza's reach of planets. When this happened Tosho would end up killing a lot of citizens and people which would eventually lead to his own demise a the hands of Vanilla.
Tosho's Death[]
Because Tosho made the mistake of killing many civilians this would pose a threat to the Majin named Vanilla's children he would be killed by her. By using her technique named " Vanilla's Supernova" Vanilla would kill a 5th form Tosho and his bodyguard.
Personality[]
Due to him not experiencing life at all and being hibernated for so long Tosho doesn't understand humanity and is prone to make foolish and rash decisions. He had no sense of justice or morals/moral code, making him show no regard for human life or people lives when he kills them. He is not calculated and he used his power to get past most things, never fully developing his intelligence
Personality Towards Family[]
When near his family Tosho is very controlled and listens to commands with no hesitation. He can also become more violent around them and when working alongside his family on missions he is quick/quicker to destroy the planets that he visits. This could also just be because he can breathe in space and so can his family so if he destroys the planet no one else will be affected, but this is certainly unknown due to the fact that Tosho lacks that significant of an amount of intelligence to realize that.
Physical Appearance[]
Tosho has yellow eyes, a muscular body, and a long tail.
While In His 5th Form[]
In order to contain his power Tosho has a 5th form that he pulls out while in dire situations. He used this form against Vanilla as a last-ditch effort, but to no avail. While in this state he grows taller, spikes form on his head and arms, his tail changes color to black, his tail become shorter and less wide, and his tail is plated by an armour like substance made from Tosho's body.

Tosho has 5 Transformations in total and they are all used to contain his power. Technically his base form is his final form but sometimes that can get very convoluted and make others get confused so he says that its his base form.
