Todado is older brother of Tatsu. He is one of the few remaining full-blooded Saiyans left alive after his race was destroyed.
Todado was one of Habanero's soldiers and he went on Earth to challenge Tatsu. He didn't remembered who his brother was because Habanero was brainwashed him. But after he lost battle with Tatsu and Kamakori, he started to remember who he really was. After that he joins them to defeat Habanero. Today he's one of Tatsu's strongest members and he lives in Eath with his brother.

While he was brainwashed, Tonado brtual and mean soldier who obeys only his king, Habanero. His first goal was to kill Tatsu and make his king proud. But after he got his memory back, he only wanted to revenge with his brother for fate of their race.
Tonado was showing how much he cares his only brother. But at same time he have kind of rivalry relationship with Tatsu after Tatsu turned into Super Saiyan.
At first Tonado wasn't as calm as Tatsu and he got angry very easily sometimes. Then tatsu gave him personality training and he became little more calm and he start to respect nature and other creatures, even though they were weaker than him.

When Tonado was battling with Tatsu and Kamakori, neither could land a single blow on Tonado. But after they used Kumahameha and Monster Blaster against him together, they knocked him down and Tonado even got his memory back.
Tonado's power level was over 1,900 before he start training with Tatsu, after which he was able to battle with High-level soldiers. His power level was then 23,000. Allthoug he wasn't able to battle with Habanero and he got killed by him easily.
After he was revived with Universe 8 Dragon Balls, in few years while training he became almost as strong as Tatsu and he was even able to turn into Super Saiyan too.

- Flight: The ability of flight through the manipulation of ki.
- Ki Blast: The most basic form of energy wave.
- Ki Sense: Ability to sense power levels.
- Heavy Finish: The user attacks with a powerful punch, elbow, kick, or knee that hits the opponent in the stomach.
- Friday Crush: Tonado holds his right hand high in the air and forms a pink energy sphere that he fires off at the opponent, inflicting a great amount of damage. This move reminds of Saturday Crush.
- Wednesday Rushing: Tonado spins on air to opponent and then kick them to neck with huge power.
- Kumahameha: Move that Tonado learned from his brother.
- Brothers Kumahameha: Tatsu and Tonado fires Kumahameha together at same time.

Super Saiyan: Like many Saiyans, Tonado can turn into Super Saiyan. He got that form after his training after defeat of Habanero.

- Tonado is based on fanstory, where Raditz, Goku's brother was wished back to live and where Raditz turns into good.
- Tonado's name is based on tomato.
