Theobal Fleyarck (テオバル フレアルック, Teobaru Furearukku) is a character featured in The Last Saiyan. He is the Prince of Sector 9 and one of the most senior members in all of Jibal's empire. He is an important adviser to King Jibal during the war against Sciaon Malbarion and is an unabashed pedophile.

Theobal is an old man whose pinkish-white skin is covered in wrinkles and age spots. He has white hair and is clean-shaven. He likes to wear fancy robes and clothes to denote his high rank. He is always seen walking around in slippers. He height and weight are both average, and he has dark brown eyes. He is often seen smiling.
Personality[]
Theobal is a powerful, charismatic man. He has a terrifying presence, though he is often seen smiling and making jokes. The Prince is very spoiled and enjoys being pampered and using his rank to his advantage wherever he can. He is one of Jibal's most loyal sycophants; this is because he doesn't want to lose his powers at any cost. Theobal is a hedonist at heart, and this causes him to indulge in his lazy pleasures for a large amount of time everyday.
Theobal is quite battle-intelligent; he is one of Jibal's foremost strategists during the war against Sciaon Malbaion. Prince Fleyarck's strategies win several battles for his king, and he is highly regarded by Jibal because of this. Theobal, despite his joking demeanor, can be quite harsh and merciless with those who fail him. He is like to kill anyone who displeases him, no matter their rank.
Theobal is also a noted pedophile who likes to keep the company of both girls and boys. This is well-known by many in Jibal's palace, though they would never dare mention that to his face. Jibal himself does not know. Theobal fully acknowledges his lusts and does not feel guilty about them at all.
History[]
Theobal was a friend of Pilaf Jr. (Jibal's father) when he became king of the world. Theobal was promoted to a high rank after Pilaf Jr.'s ascension and became the Prince of Sector 9. After Pilaf Jr. died, Theobal continued to faithfully serve his son Jibal. Prince Fleyarck spent much of his time in Sector 1 during The Last Saiyan as a member of Jibal's war council. He offered invaluable advice and battle strategies during his time in the capital.
Trivia[]
- The character who inspired this one is Kenneth Toomey from the novel Earthly Powers. However, Theobal is not really like Kenneth Toomey at all. Basically, that character inspired me to make another old powerful pedophile and my character turned out quite a bit different.
