I hate to be a Jerk, but Vegetas pl as a baby was indeed 1000. not 10,000. His power level went up to 30,00 in the "Ginyu Saga." What gives about Goku actually, is that he has proper training, and has been beaten many times.

If he was born with a PL of 1000 or 1500 it be way to high. Its most likely only like 100. I mean 1000 Broly would be only like 10x stronger the Vegeta by adulthood. Which is clearly not the case. Vegeta in adulthood was 18.000 and Broly was in the billions. LSSJ4\
