The form that surpasses even Super Saiyan 4, gained when one masters ssj3 and ssj4 and combines the powers of both into a singular state of ungodly power, being that it is 400X stronger than the previous form makes it incredibly powerful, the strength of this form rivals even that of red oozaru form and the bleeding oozaru form.

looks like super saiyan 4 but with blueish gray body hair instead of red body hair (the more unstable the saiyan, the darker the body hair, if pure evil the hair is black), with pure white head-hair like the super saiyan 3 only more wild.
For Goku his hair is the brightest that a super saiyan 5 can be due to his pure heart and his eyes are bright-green.
Vegeta has pale purple hair for his body and his eyes are a dark blue.
Rigors body hair is pure black due to his eternal rage and his eyes are blood red and his normal hair is a deep magenta.

it is X400 stronger than the previous form super saiyan 4 which was a X800,000 base form (making super saiyan 5 a transformation X320,000,000 your base form) you can go X10 that as a white oozaru when looking at a full moon and you can go divine oozaru on top that which is another X10 whch is born when white oozaru looks into the sun.

when Agetav created super saiyan 4 he knew full well he had to divinate this form in one way or another and created the much stronger form of super saiyan 5 with a superior evolutionary process that requires true super power and the forced evolution of a saiyans legendary potential.
Goku revealed this form in his fight against Akujin the devil saiyan and just barely won due to the massive stamina drain.
