Super Shenron is the true Ultimate Shenron. He is the most powerful out of the Eternal Hierarchy and not even subordinate to even Zeno.

Super Shenron is the strongest Shenron with Nigh-Omnipotence and True Omniscience. He is capable of granting any wish possible, with the only exception being granting a being literal Omnipotence and literally infinite power, but he is able to open a gateway to that power for the person wishing to train towards which leads to Super Saiyan Zenith. Super Shenron doesn't live within any one planet and instead lives inside all of Space-Time and in turn, protecting it.
His power is so vast that he isn't even Subordinate to Zeno, His power said by Whis to Rival Zeno (Albeit Super Shenron might be very slightly lesser). His power also allows him to grant literally any wish as long as it does not contradict something else that infinite Capabilities. His wishing capabilities are so great that he can grant power that exceeds himself and Zeno in fighting power, although any normal creature that is not already at that level will instantaneously explode due to the power. Super Shenron's Fighting Capabilities although never shown, are said to be the top of his class. Zeno states that Super Shenron is the only one to ever equal his power until Tenkuuji.
