Super Saiyan Blue (超サイヤ人ブルー, Sūpā Saiya-jin Burū), also known as Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan (超サイヤ人ゴッド超サイヤ人, Sūpā Saiya-jin Goddo Sūpā Saiya-jin) is a transformation that uses the power of Super Saiyan God with the Super Saiyan form combining a calm mind and ki control.
Overview
This form as since been achieved by Future Trunks, Future Gohan, and utilised by their respective fusions. However, form has since been outclassed by most of the villains in Dragon Ball Advanced, and so far has been given some improvements to the form.
Variants and enhancements
The form has multiple improvements that one can used such as Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan (completed) or Completed Super Saiyan Blue, Super Saiyan Blue Powered-Up, and Spectral Super Saiyan Blue - while the anime includes 10X Super Saiyan Blue Kaio-ken and 20X Super Saiyan Blue Kaio-Ken.
Kaio-ken
By using Kaio-ken along side this transformation can amplify Goku's power and usage of the form.
Perfected Super Saiyan Blue
The mastered state of Super Saiyan Blue used when one seals the aura in themselves. Goku was the first to used this form during his battle with Fused Zamasu and was eventually followed by Vegeta during the Tournament of Power.
The form can be further augmented by entering the Power Stressed state. Alternatively in can be evolved to more refined state.
Powered-Up
A stronger version of Super Saiyan Blue that increases the uses power twofold but puts stress on the user's stamina. Unlike the Power Stressed state; the user doesn't lose speed but instead loses ki over time from prolonged use.
Upgraded
Similar to the Powered-Up state; the user increase their power fivefold but puts stress on their stamina and thus has earned the alternative name as the Stamina Stressed state. Unlike the Power Stressed state; the user doesn't lose speed but instead loses ki over time from prolonged use.
Limit Break
In the anime; fuelled by his promised to Cabba - Vegeta was able to reach past his limits and achieved an evolved state of SS Blue after deciding that Ultra Instinct wasn't form him. He was able to push back Jiren while in this form and even defeat God of Destruction Top but was eventually defeated by Jiren after Vegeta used Final Explosion against Top. Vegeta's hair become a more Royal Blue and gains "sparks" in his aura along with dark blue pupils.
