Super Saiyan 4 Grade Saiyan is a form of Super Saiyan 4 that is accessed directly from Super Saiyan 3 or Legendary Super Saiyan, not through Golden Great Ape, then Super Saiyan 4. In this from, the Saiyan is not able to use it's primal powers, but has a stronger power overall, even without the primal powers.
Physical Appearance
Hair
The color of the hair is yellow by defalut, but the tips get more and more orange as you go. It is a little bit longer than Super Saiyan 2, but not as long as 3.
Head
The changes that take place on a Super Saiyan 4's head are: the eyes get dark orange, brows become yellow at the outside, and orange at the inside.
Ki Aura
A Super Saiyan 4's Aura becomes yellow, and gets orange when you go to the inside of the aura.
