Super Balloon Flash Bomber (スーパーバルーンフラッシュボンバー ) is a combination of Super Breath and Balloon Flash Bomber used by Gotenks in his Super Saiyan 4 form. Gotenks inhales deeply to the point his cheeks are puffed and unleashes a Super Breath blowing away his opponent and creating a Balloon Flash Bomber at the same time. Once the Balloon bursts in a blinding flash of light into a cluster of 9000 Kamikaze Ghosts. Once release they all attack at once unleashing a giant explosion dealing have damage.
