Bio[]
Saddened by his death at the hands of Cell,after Gohan killed Cell,he gets Bulma to reprogram #16.
He means no harm to the world anymore and wanted to bring peace into it. He doesn't do much fighting anymore he's most of a supporter.
Appearance[]
He has the Capsule Corp. Logo on his chest and his suit has been modified.
His hair has become a bit wild as from before he had a neat mowhawk.

Techniques and Skills[]
- Hell's Flash:Android 16 lifts his opponent and tosses them to the ground, then he removes halves of each of his arms arm, tucking them beneath his armpits and revealing cannons within the remaining limbs of his arms. These cannons take a brief moment to charge, before 16 shouts "Hell Flash!!" while igniting a giant explosion from which hundreds of small beams are shown sprouting from the crater.
- Photon Flash:A move from Dr.Gero and Android 17.
- Rocket Punch:His same attack as before.
- Eye Beam: His eyes glow red and shoot beams.
Transformation[]
- Resurrection: He was recreated by Android's 14 and 15. Being ressurected like Dr.Gero, Android 13, Android 15, and Android 19 he is more vicious and evil than sweet and nice. He now has a face mask and also a blaster on his left arm. He has the Red Ribbon Army logo on his steel with a an x crossed on it.
