The Starchasers are seven intergalactic warriors and mercenaries (and an artificial intelligence) who came together to form a powerful, united bounty hunting group. They are formed during the Emperor Kuriza Saga of Dragon Ball: Heart of the Dragon and are captained by Linessi. As of Age 778, they have become one of the most notorious bounty hunting groups in Universe 7.
History[]
In Age 776, during the events of A Quest for Booty, Ledas and Beelzebub formed the skeleton crew of the Starchasers, though the organization was not called that yet (Beelzebub had wanted to call their group Demon Hunters Incorporated™). It was Ledas' job to hunt the bounties while Beelzebub handled the administrative issues, such as advertising their business, payment distribution, and acquiring bounties.
In the bonus chapter of the West City Saga of Dragon Ball: Heart of the Dragon, on September 9th, Age 777, Beelzebub and Ledas tracked a bounty by the name of Farfel to a bar on Nyare. They chased him out, confronting him in the dunes where Beelzebub killed him with his Stone Spit. The two left the planet shortly after with the corpse in tow.
In Age 779, during the events of The Great Sushi-Eating Contest, the Starchasers began to hunt Haimaru and Raimie, the twin children of Cooler. This was the most expensive and dangerous bounty in their group's existence up to that point.
On January 17, Age 780, during the events of Pontas Pilot, Monaka delivered a copy of the latest issue of The Yardratian to Beelzebub at the Starchasers' base on Xikal.
