Special Beam Cannon is an attack used by Piccolo in the series Dragonball Xz.
Overview[]
The user charges a an energy ball with their index and middle finger while holding it to their forehead. Upon firing, it fires a massive laser with a smaller beam spinning around it in a corkscrew shape. This allows the attack to drill through it's target more easily. It takes a while to charge.
