Captain Simmons is the Human male and the Commanding officer of the ASV Defiance. He joined the Earth Defense Fighters in Age 746 one year prior to the Saiyan Invasion. When the United Earth Alliance was founded and the Alliance Spacefleet was formed he joined. He particapte in the Battle of Arcos and helped defend Earth from the Tuffles. He was also there during the Gete Star event. In Age 760, he became commanding officer of the Defiant. He is a non-Ki user but is expert in using the Powersuits making him formidable fighter.
