Shugesh is a Male Saiyan warrior of the Saiyan Imperium. He was a member of Bardock's Planet Elite Force sent as the second extermination force to Earth to wipe clean all Human live and civilization for it to be sold on the market by the Planet Trade Organization.

Shugesh has a high degree of camaraderie with his teammates. He is also a ruthless and skilled fighter. He has a sense of honor too. He has shown to be brutal and sadistic when tossing the severed arm of Star Team member that he later killed. After that battle, he grew to respect Earthlings and saw that they can be formidable opponents and allies in combat.
