Shining Flash (シャイニングフラッシュ, Shainingu Furasshu) is a technique similar to Vegeta's Final Flash. To use it, he begins forming energy in his outstretched hands. Before bringing his hands together, however, the energy forms and he shoots beams from both hands (as they point straight out from his chest) at the same time. The energy shot from this beam is continuous. More and more energy comes out of Vegeta's hands in a constant stream while he fires this attack.
