Summary[]
Saiyan Surge is a technique that allows one to get stronger when around members of their race (The Saiyans). This is attack is very strange and unknown making very little actually have access to it. Depending on the amount of Saiyans in the vicinity said person with technique will get stronger and their power level goes up by 2x for every saiyan. Even when transforming the multiplier from the transformation is stacked upon the previous multiplier so long as the Saiyans are still there they still ar fueled with tremendous power.
If a Saiyan is hurt/near death and a Saiyan comes into their area then that Saiyan will become rejuvenated and most likely become back to full power.
