Saikuron (サイクロン, Saikuon) is the main antongonist in the Naruto Crossover Saga, and a titular antagonist/protagonist in Xenoverse 3. He is a former Time patroller, and former love interest of the Supreme Kai of time Chronoa, he is also the commander and founded of the mercenary army known as Saikuron Force. He is a ruthless mercenary, and is cold-hearted and wants revenge on Ari wife of Raditz, for brainwashing him to prevent Mira and Towa from using his army to aid in reforming the demon realm. In the Naruto Crossover with Dragonball Xenoverse/Super/Z he is actually reveled to be the father of Sakura Haruno and former mate of Mebuaki Haruno.
Appearance[]
Saikuron, appears as a tall member of Frieza's Race roughly about 228.6 cm (7 feet 6 inches) in height, he towers over most characters minus Piccolo, Nappa, and Raditz. Like most members of his race he wears bio-armor. He originally wore time-patroller bio armor, but later worn normal bio-armor, his head resembles that of cooler with a carapace and four spikes that extend from his cranium and a dark blue section in the middle of his head. His eyes are red, and he has what looks like to be blue lipstick on his mouth, and white skin, with a light bluish facemask like marking on both sides of his face to extend to his eyes. He also has bluish nail polish.
His golden form encases him in golden bio armor, minus the blue sections and his face, hands, feet and tail which remained white. His other transformations follow a similar color scheme to his time patrol armor.
Personality[]
Saikuron is ruthless, cold, and violent. He has a love for fighting this is due to the Super Sayian cells within his body which increases his thirst for battle. Despite this he did for a while care about the universe and Chronoa. However this was due to Aria's brainwashing to prevent him from being used by Towa and Mira. He strongly believes that Chronoa betrayed him, and doesn't hesitate to attempt to kill her during his armies assault on Conton city. However he does seem to care slightly about Chronoa as he leaves her alive and kisses her before stealing a time scroll.
In the Naruto crossover, he is shown, to be cunning, vile, bloodthirsty and not hesitate to kill. He also shows to be easily annoyed, by Sasuke and doesn't hesitate to kill him. He is shown to be harsh on his daughter, he tortured her by beating up Sasuke and breaking his arms to try and force her to awaken her hidden powers. When he joined the Konohagakure council, he kills Mebuaki and Kizashi Haruno, for turning his daughter into what he calls "A freak of nature" which shows he is annoyed by her fangirl type attitude and lack of training. He also kills the civilian council for boring him with Vacation Desolate and then leaving stating that the next group better be interesting. He shows his cunning when he tricks Gatō in selling half his shipping company, and then orders his forces to destroy half of the Land of Waves. He then shows his brutality by conquer the Land of Waves and half of the Land of Fire after he killed both the Waves and Fire Daimyōs and wiping out their armies single-handily. He is also shown to have a dry sense of humor, after killing Mebuaki and Kizashi he returned to his daughter who was unaware of her mother and step-fathers deaths, and cooking dinner. He remarked that it better be better than Chronoa's cooking. When asked who that was, Saikuron stated that he cheated on Mebuaki with a pink short women with terrible cooking. He also asked if Might Guy and Rock Lee were Gohans parent's in a reference to both sharing a similar bow-cut hairstyle.
He is also cruel and maliciously, during the Chunin exams he fell asleep, and when awaken by Asuma for his daughters fight with Ino he asked if it was over already, when Asuma stated it just started, he told him to wake him when someone stronger was fighting. He does care for Sakura, as he interred with the fight before Ino could use her mind-transfer Technique on her, but showed his malicious side, and called Ino a skinny pig, before smashing her repeatably into a wall with his tail, before laughing, and flying off with Sakura.

Background[]
Saikuron was born at a unknown time, and on the Frieza's Race homeworld, unlike most in his species he and his two siblings were named for severe weather such as his younger twin siblings Tsunami & Tatsumaki (Tsunami and Tornado; Saikuron means cyclone in Japanese). He was orphaned at a young age, and he and his siblings became bandits before becoming assassins, and mercenaries for hire.
In Age 737, he and his army was hired by the Sayians to help rebel against Frieza, but his forces were destroyed by the Time Patrol, to prevent Towa, and Mira from using Saikuron force to retake the Demon Realm. He was then brainwashed by the Sayian Ari, to become a member of the Time Patrol. Saikuron force remnants were then led by his siblings Tsunami and Tatsumaki to search for their brother in secret.
Saikuron is noted by Elder Kai, Chronoa, and Future Trunks to have some sort of experience when it came to combat, and that he was undoubtedly ruthless. They were unaware that he was brainwashed by Ari, Chronoa also started to fall for Saikuron especially after he saved her from the Red Ribbon Army.
Dragonball Xenoverse 2[]
Saikuron fights Ari's children, Raditx, Yui, Kage, and Sari in separate occasions, and is impressed with their skills, but during the fight the brainwashing done by Ari slightly wears off causing him to become confused by the sudden influx of memories. He and Chronoa then go on a date, where he explains to Chronoa's his sudden influx of visions and dreams. Chronoa laughs and asked did he hit his head, as child, to witch Saikuron remembers and recounts how he grew up an orphan, with his two twin siblings. Chronoa, starts crying and hugs him which shocks him, but he reminds myself that even divine beings cry.
Later on the Brainwashing fully wears of, after he aids Trunks against Lord Slug and Turles. He grows enraged and believes he has been betrayed and activates his true form and knocks trunks out and goes back to get answers from Chronoa and Elder Kai. Ari shows up and admits that she was the one who brainwashed him to protect him from Towa and Mira. He prepares to fire a Vacation Desolate x6, but Chronoa hugs him. He is then discovered by the remnants of his army and his siblings. He then leaves Conton city, not before giving Chronoa a necklace, a ring, and kissing her forehead.
Dragonball Xenoverse 3[]
Sometime after Xenoverse 2, Saikuron returns and attempts to invade Conton city to steal several time scrolls, in a bid to get revenge on Ari. Chronoa appears, and fights him, the two rekindle and Saikuron spares her, and leaves with a time scroll. Chronoa and Saikuron trade information on a new enemy, who seeks to destabilize time and history itself. He also appears as a reoccurring boss against the Future warrior, but Chronoa stops them and reveals that he is her ex-boyfriend and ex-time patroller Saikuron and is too strong for them to fight and to leave him alone.
Naruto Crossover[]
In the 2nd half of the crossover, Saikuron learns that his former mate Mebuaki in Universe Elemental has a child. Using a dimensional scroll he stole from Conton city, during the Conton siege Saga he travels to Universe Elemental, and witness Team 7 training his is disappointed in his daughter he is confronted by Ne ANBU, but he easily dispatches them and captures Sai. During the Land of the Waves Arc, he learns o Gatō's control and tricks him after arriving at Zabuza's hideout with several of his soldiers. He defeats Gatō's samurai guards, and smashes Gatō into the ground with his tail. He then tricks him into giving half of his territory, and then destroying the half Gatō owns along with half of his army. When Zabuza and Haku fight Sasuke, Naruto and Kakashi. One of Saikuron's soldiers named Den arrives and takes her and Tazuna to their ship, where they are guarded by Tsunami and Tatsumaki defeat the combined efforts of Team 8 and 10 with ease due to their combo move: Feint Crush and Illusions.
Meanwhile Saikuron shows up, and wipes out half of the Land of Waves with death beams to demonstrate his power, and then single handily wipes out Gatō army with hand-to-hand combat. He then allows the Land of Wave citizens to execute Gatō , he then justifies destroying half the village because Gatō had killed everyone in that area anyway,and his forces were waiting in case the Villagers tried anything. He also wipes out the combined Root, and the armies of the Waves and Fire Daimyō, with Vacation Desolate x9. He then announces that he is the new ruler of Land of Waves. He also decided to travel to Konoha, and allows Team 7 to travel on his flagship, along the way he reveals that he is Sakura's father, and the reason that she doesn't look like him is that she is model after a Sayian warrior and was implanted into Mebuaki by the Big Gete Star. But she possess the powers of Sayians, and his race as well as other races.
He orders Team 7 and 10 to be released, and he knocks Kiba out for wasting his time. Upon arrival in Konohagkure he orders his forces to destroy Root and kill Danzō Shimura. To which they destroyed root but failed to kill Shimura, Saikuron then activates the safety switch in Sakura which allows her to unlock her powers, forcing her to go Super Sayian Rose and kill Danzō. He then arrives at the council meeting and kills Mebuaki and Kaiza and half the civilian council for boring him with their empty threats. He then leaves the council chambers stating he is a member of the Shinobi council but won't be present as conquering is more fun.
During the Chunin exams, he deactivates the switch in Sakura, and wants her to learn to activate her powers on her own, during the preliminaries she refused to use her Sayian abilities against Ino as it would kill her she also didn't want Sasuke to view her as a monster. Saikuron angrily threw her into the area floor and forced her to fight by threatening to kill Sasuke. Saikuron later interfered after Sakura enraged by the threat to kill Sasuke went Super Sayian 4, and almost killed Ino, but lost controlled prompting Ino to use the mind transfer technique for which Saikuron repeatedly bashed her against a wall with his tail. Saikuron and his army fought Ota and Suna ninja's with ease, due to their experience, and technology this was only after the third Hokage paid him handsomely.

Techniques[]
- Flight – Like almost all Dragon Ball Z characters, Saikuron is able to fly through use of his ki.
- Ki Blast – The most basic form of energy wave.
- Feint Crush - A move that allows Saikuron to z-vanish and attack an opponent quickly.
- Shadow Crush - A move that counters Ki attacks allowing Saikuron to reappear instantly and punch an opponent in the Naruto Crossover he can use this regardless of an opponent using a Ki blast or not.
- Vacation Desolate - A powerful surge of Ki that can also paralyze an enemy, can be charged at least up to 8 times.
- Death Beam - Like most members of his race, he can use the death beam.
- Emperors Beam - Saikuron fires multiple beams of Ki from his finger tips, the higher his Ki the more destruction the beams do.
- Break Strike - Saikuron releases a powerful wave of Ki when he is surrounded.
- Vacation Hell - An upgraded version of Vacation Desolate, instead of a cloud of KI, its a wave of Ki that can be fired in all directions.
- Chaos Shot - Saikuron fires Ki in multiple directions in a rapid-fire fashion.

Like most of his race Saikuron possess his lower form. His base form is his third form.
Golden Form[]
Saikuron has a golden form, that he used during the Naruto Crossover Saga, and the Conton Siege Saga against Chronoa, and partially transformed Gaara
True Form[]
Saikuron like Frieza possess a true form, which increases his height, and like cooler has him wearing a facemask that apparently is removable and gives his voice a more robotic and cold tone.
Ultimate Form[]
Saikuron possess an Ultimate Form, which further increases his height and powers, his bio-suit now possess hidden weapons such as Ki blasters, rocket launchers, force fields, and jet boosters.
Equipment and Vehicles[]
- Scouter - Saikuron has used different scouters he started out with a green standard Time Patrol scouter and then moved on to a blue one. In his Ultimate and True form his scouter is built into his bio suit and his left eye (True Form), and right eye (Ultimate Form) are replaced by a scouter.
- Bio Armor - Saikuron wears his races bio-armor which is made from their skin and tissue.
- TP hover bike - Saikuron use to use a hover bike, prior to his departure from the Time Patrollers.
- Flagship - Saikuron now possess a more powerful warship than the original ship he was using prior to his brainwashing.
- Original Ship - Saikurons older ship, which was similar to Frieza's ship. It was destroyed by the Time Patrollers.
