Rowa is a member of s PTO remnant/pirate fleet. She is a high-ranking member of the fleet, and her official title is Captain. She commands her own ship, the Scylla.
History[]
Rowa was born on Planet Cold 013 to a merchant family. She discovered early on that she was adept at fighting, and could use Ki. After the traditional trial of adulthood, she left to join the Planet Trade Organization military, after she was shunned by her anti-military parents. She was assigned to the fleet of Icer, and quickly rose through the ranks to become one of Icer's main captains. After being assigned the rank of captain, Rowa took a vacation to her home planet, and discovered her parents to have been "disappeared" by the PTO. Rowa, despite never being close to her parents, became farther and farther away from the heads of the PTO, with the exception of Icer. After the death of Frieza and King Cold, and the destruction of the PTO, Rowa became one of the main members of the new pirate fleet.
