The Regiment is a all-saiyan elite special forces unit. They were founded my Mercury and Lee'sa as part of the Special Force Program they made. Pinnu was made Leader of the unit with Inya as his second. The Idea of the Regiment was to represent the pride and Honor of the Saiyan Race. Majority of the Saiyans in this unit composed of Saiyans who were able to go Super Saiyan and beyond.
