Queen Shiver was the wife of King Cold as well as the mother of Frieza and Cooler as well as the grandmother of Fridga and Chiller. She is killed by Spratuk during the Saiyan riot to rescue the prisoners from Fridga as she was on his ship on some unnamed business at the time.
