Punishing Storm of Blows (パニシングストームオブブロース, Panishingu Sutōmu Obu Burōsu) is a rush/energy combo used by Cubas. He used this combo to set up At World's End, the attack he tried to kill Yuki with. This attack was only ever used against an opponent who was already flying at the time.

To perform it, Cubas starts off by attacking his opponent with a flying diagonal kick to the head from above, knocking his opponent away. Then, he backflips, coming down on his falling opponent with a right elbow to the stomach. Flipping over his opponent, he air dashes below them and kicks them upwards with both feet. As the opponent sails high into the air, they are hit by a short barrage of green ki balls. While taking those hits, which propel the opponent further into the air, Cubas teleport-dashes up to them, grabbing them by the tail/trailing ankle and pulling them down to face him again. At this moment, Cubas goads his opponent to try an attack, and will dodge depending on how they react (Yuki attacked with with a right hook, which he tilted his body away from). Then, Cubas attacks with a left punch to the opponent's right ear, a right punch to the opponent's jaw. He will then repeat these last two punches again, putting slightly more power into the hits the second time. Immediately after, Cubas uses an Explosive Shine that sends his opponent flying upwards. He then teleports above them, front-flipping and hitting the opponent with his left heel, sending the opponent flying back down to the surface, and leaving them wide open for a finishing beam attack.
