Planet Frieza 041 is a Planet Trade Organization-controlled world. It is located in Lord Frieza's territory.
History[]
Around 5 Million Before Age, Majin Jaduu came to this world. He created his wife, Majin Uudaj, here, as well as dozens of offspring with her. As the planet was, at that time, uninhabited, they did not stay on it for very long.
Planet Frieza 041 was an icy military outpost world. It was the planet seen in So Lonely At The Top. Planet Frieza 041 was governed by Cui for some time before he became an elite soldier working on Frieza's flagship. The planet itself was a military outpost for the Planet Trade Organization. It never had any native species, so Frieza's soldiers were able to easily take it over. The outpost was used as a refueling depot for ships and for a place to train and feed troops. It held an active garrison of about eight hundred thousand soldiers for decades, though they rarely had to fight off space pirates or other invaders. As time went on, more and more troops were pulled from the outpost to more important regions of King Cold's empire, and much of the planet was abandoned. Only a few armored cities were still occupied, and even then, all of them were relatively close to one another. The vast majority of the planet remained uninhabited.
After Cui left, even more soldiers were pulled from the outpost, and a skeleton crew of ten thousand or so was all that remained to man the outpost. They still refueled Planet Trade Organization ships, trained with one another, and gave quarter and food to any troops who needed them.
Notable facts[]
- This planet has severe seismic activity, which causes avalanches to occur all the time. Several Planet Trade Organization cities were completely buried by avalanches, and their inhabitants killed.
- Notable individuals who have been to this planet include: Cui, Frieza, Prince Vegeta, and Recoome.
- As of the end of Dragon Ball Z, an entire garrison of soldiers still remain on the planet. They will likely be involved in the last parts of the Planet Trade Organization civil war, as they are one of the few garrisons thus untouched by the war.
