Picchio is one of Senseis in Dragon World with Wukong and twin-brother of Pikkon.
When Picchio was young, he and his brother was training together and start protect their homeland. After Pikkon's death, Picchio continues training and became one of strongest fighters in West Quadrant of the universe. One day he met Wukong who took him as his student and today Picchio is one of Dragon World's Senseis and he have his own students to train. He wish he could see his brother again in The Otherworld and fight with him after many years.

Picchio is wise fighter like his brother. He's good friends with Wukong and he likes him like another brother. As teacher he's calm, patient and he likes giving challenges for his students, but he's not unfair person and his goal is giving his good lessons when his students stuttered at him.
He is also quite independent and spend much of his time meditating alone. When something terrible is happening, he want's to stop it by himself but he eventually settles for the help of his friends.
Usually he's not getting scared or nerves, but when he feels bad energy in Dragon World, he gets worried and feels bad if he can't do anything about it.

Even though he's one of strongest senseis and his power is rivaly with Wukong, he's not mach for Beerus. He's fastest of senseis and he uses his speed in battle to dodge and blocking attacks.
He's handle to battle with Super Saiyan Blue Vegeta, but he has little problem with Ultra Super Saiyan Goku.
Techniques:[]
- Flight: Ability to fly by using ki.
- Ki Blast: Most basic energy wave attack.
- Homing Energy Wave: A move where Picchion fires a Ki Blast that targets his enemy.
- Hyper Tornado: Picchio starts spinning at high speeds, drills towards his opponent, then entraps them in a powerful tornado. Move what he learns from Pikkon.
- Burning Fists: Picchio surrounds his fists in fire and hits the opponent continuously.
- Super Energy Bomb: A green energy ball fired from the right hand.
