Piccell is the EX-Fusion of Piccolo and Cell
Appearance[]
Piccell has solid black eyes, pale yellow lines under his eyes, and all green face and green line across his ears and chin. He has Cell's black spots, Piccolo's pale yellow patches on his arms and wear his abs are, has three purple conjoined rings on their ankles, shoulder, and wrists. He has a black cape, a black sash, and purple pants that cover his shin, but the rest of is Cell's black plates and feet.
Biography[]
Cell is given permission to return to living for a day after being recently killed by Ultra Cooler. Piccell immediately fused with the others into Ultra Gogeta, but even Ultra Gogeta failed to defeat Ultra Cooler due to the time limit.

Piccell's base form is a combination of Piccolo's Red-Eyed Namekian Form and Cell's Great Beyond form. However due to immediately fusing into Ultra Gogeta afterwards; the limit his powers is unknown.
