History[]
As part of the terms of Pax Arcosia, signed between the Planet Trade Organization and the Corvos League in Age 767, Perneki Minor, an unclaimed planet at the time, fell under the territorial control of Audacci, one of the members of the Elder Circle. The gas giant was mined thereafter for various resources, most notably helium.
In Age 776, Paprikan visited Perneki Minor and killed more than seven hundred helium miners in a bloody rampage before he traveled to Earth.

- The miners of Perneki Minor are spread across the planet on floating mining arrays. They must wear zero-g suits at all times due to the lack of oxygen on the planet. As well, almost all mining is done via robots with the miners themselves supervising the projects due to the harsh weather and atmospheric composition.
