Perfected Android 21 is a New-Type Android created by Bulma and Whis to create means to help balance out Android 21. However, in order to do so, they required to create an alternate version of Android 21 with the intention to merge them together.
Appearance[]
Perfected Android 21 is almost completely identical to 21's Human form but instead wears a red lab coat instead of a white in order to make it easier to distinction her from her counterpart.
Personality[]
Thanks to Bulma and Whis balancing out the her Biology through science and magic; Perfected Android 21's personality is almost identical to her good side's persona while retaining some of the selfish bratty attitude towards others especially other Androids.
Biography[]
Background[]
Bulma uses Original Super Shenron to create a duplicate body of Android 21's human body while Whis procures the DNA necessary for her plans. Instead of using the same DNA used for Android 21; Whis procures the genetics from other sources. He still uses Cell's and Good Buu's genetics but instead uses Cooler, Master Roshi, Tien, and few others including Xeno Kakarot. Whis they used his ability to induce life into Perfect Android 21 allowing to come to life.
Power[]
As result of having DNA from several fighters with different power levels; her true power is somewhat indeterminate in her base form but thanks to her cells from Xeno Kakarot she is able to enter unique form that enables to her gain energy to rival even that of her counterpart.
Techniques[]
- Flight - The ability to fly with ki.
- Ki Sense - The ability to sense ki.
- Photon Wave - An energy wave used by Perfected Android 21.
- Full Yield Ball - Perfected Android 21's larger and stronger version of Total Detonation Ball.
Forms and Transformations[]
Normal[]
Perfect Android 21's base form represent Android 21's original human self. She is almost identical in appearance to that of her counterpart excluding her red lab coat. However; when she discards the coat her red and blue pattern uniform becomes red and gold.
Cells of a Legend[]
Perfect Android 21 possess a unique form thanks to Kakarot's, Kale's, and Broly's cells and is capable of entering form simply known as the Cells of a Legend. In this form; her eyes become blank and her hair becomes medium yellow. Her lab coat bursts off her and red/blue pattern uniform doesn't turn red/gold instead it becomes orange.
