Ograth Porunga (オグラス・ポルンガ Ograsu Porunga) is the Dragon of the Two-Star Namekian Dragon Ball.
Appearance[]
Ograth Porunga is a hulking, draconic beast with a menacing blue and gold body, layered with dark spikes erupting from his back and limbs. His belly glows with an unnatural golden hue, symbolizing the corrupted energy that birthed him. He has sharp, predatory claws, a wide, toothy grin filled with fangs, and glowing yellow eyes with slit pupils. Standing like a humanoid dragon, he exudes both primal savagery and divine menace, resembling a twisted reflection of Namek’s guardian dragon, Porunga.
Personality[]
Cruel, gluttonous, and arrogant, Ograth Porunga revels in destruction and suffering. Unlike some Shadow Dragons who possess calm or calculating traits, he is impulsive and brutal, preferring brute force over strategy. He mocks weaker beings, thrives on instilling fear, and enjoys devouring energy from opponents as if feeding his endless hunger. Despite his savagery, he is cunning enough to manipulate weaker minions into serving him, though he will betray them without hesitation.
Biography[]
Born from the corruption of Namek’s Dragon Balls, Ograth Porunga was created when a selfish wish was made for unlimited food and drink to satisfy endless greed. This indulgent wish twisted the pure essence of Porunga into a monstrous form of gluttony and destruction. His essence lay dormant within the Dragon Balls for centuries, feeding on the negative energy of repeated wishes. Eventually, when the balance tipped, Ograth Porunga was born—a Shadow Dragon with ties to Namek’s very lifeforce. His goal is to consume all living energy until he alone stands as the supreme devourer of worlds.
Power[]
Ograth Porunga opens a cavernous maw of shadow-void beneath his wings and devours the ki and life-force of all around him, growing stronger as his prey weakens. With each soul consumed, the darkness spreads across the battlefield like a creeping hunger, slowing foes and sapping their will. Once sated, he can release a devastating shockwave of stolen energy, obliterating everything that remains.
