Giga City is the number one Largest city on Earth. It was also discovered in the Initiative Archives that this is where Dragonland is located.
Defense of Giga City[]
In Age 747 when the Saiyan Invasion force was on Earth. The city became a target when up to 40 saiyans who have transformed into a Great Ape attack the city. The Earth Defense Fighters however was prepared for this operation. Thanks to the Intel received about the Saiyans tail, the E.D.F along with other militaries coordinate efforts of this attack. Nearly 100,000 E.D.F soldiers including the Star Team distracted the saiyans while nearly 300,197 other military soldiers help evacuate the affect populace and set up trap to cut of the tails of the saiyans. Despite the plan, it was not enough. However Capsule Corp. developed a dampening weapon that can block the Blutz wave emission from the moon and artificial moons. This caused the Saiyans to revert to their normal form.
