An unnamed Neo-Saiyan
Neo Saiyans are a race of bio-mechanically engineered Saiyans that were created to seek and destroy the remaining Saiyan population. They were created by the Tuffles in hopes of regaining dominance over the universe. When Frieza destroyed Planet Vegeta, he put the Tuffle race on clean-up duty for the remaining Saiyan bodies floating aimlessly through space. Instead of disposing them, the Tuffles collected them and recycled them into a new breed of fighting machines born unto the Tuffles' will. However, they maintain the Saiyan trait of turning into Great Apes when exposed to Blutz Waves. However, the Tuffle will and Neo appearance sheds when they become Great Apes, much to the race's detest.
