Namekiens are a Humanoid alien species with plant and slug features like green skin, antennae and need for water to survive. There are two clans that work in harmony for survival. Dragon Clan are the farmers, Leaders, and diplomats. While Warrior Clan are the defenders. There is also a rogue clan known as the Demon Clan. They are ones who do evil. Piccolo, who attack Earth was from the Demon Clan.

Mostly all Namekians (Except Demon Clan), are peaceful and somewhat passive species. They adapt well to situation, even when it seems difficult.
