The Horse Animal-type Earthling is a paparazzi that was depicted in Distortion In Time, while a scarred Human-type Earthling was next to him.
- Biography
The Animal-type Earthling is a white shirted Paparazzo. He was a humanoid horse and stood next to the scarred Paparazzo. They were present in South City as Yamcha and Yennie were attending an award ceremony for Coaches. They noticed that Yamcha was suddenly 31 years younger, but assumed that he was using an anti-ageing cream.

- The scarred Paparazzo's hairstyle is a reference to Joey Wheeler from the Yu-Gi-Oh! series.
Mechikabura (World 34)[]
Mechikabura is an alternate counterpart of Mechikabura from World 34 that was defeated by Xeno Trunks.
- Biography
Mechikabura is released from the Crack of Time by the energy collected by Towa. He cannot move well during to be old. He tells Towa that he wants to use the Dark Dragon Balls to wish his youth back.

Hearts (World 16)[]
Hearts from World 16 is the Hearts featured in the manga of Super Dragon Ball Heroes series. He was the main antagonist of the Universal Conflict Saga in the manga.

- Ultimate Form - After absorbing the Universe Seed, Hearts takes on his Ultimate Form and refers to himself as the Ultimate Godslayer.

Fu from World 35 is the Anime counterpart of Fu.

- Dark King - Fu becomes the new Dark King after absorbing the Dark Factor.
- Dogidogi Absortion, partial completion - Fu absorbs Dogidogi which causes him to revert to his kid self.
- Dogidogi, absorption complete - Complete version of Fu's absorption of Dogidogi.
- Universe Tree Power - Fu takes on this state after absorbing energy from the Universe Tree.

Peel (ピール Pīru) is the chauffeur of Rial and his name is a pun of a currency of few Asian countries following the theme of currency-based names of Rial's family and employees. He is Animal-type Earthling and was an anthropomorphic Koala.

Pasta is an incarnation of Pasta Macareni and appears in Distortion in Time. Much like her counterpart, she had worked with her Timeline's incarnation of Moro until the latter's defeat the ends of Future Trunks.

This Penne is the Timeline 7 incarnation of Penne Macareni and appears in Distortion in Time. Much like her counterpart, she had worked with her Timeline's incarnation of Moro until the latter's death at the ends of Future Trunks.
Future Ghetti Macareni (Second Future Trunks Timeline)[]
This Ghetti is the Timeline 7 incarnation of Ghetti Macareni and appears in Distortion in Time. Much like his counterpart, he had worked with his Timeline's incarnation of Moro until the latter's death at the ends of Future Trunks.
