Mato (マト) is the youngest son of Vegetto and Bulchi, the brother of Gohan and Trunkten, and a Saiyan-Human hybrid.

Background

Mato was born in Age 775, one year after his parents were fused and six moths after Trunkten was fused. At birth, he had a power level of 13,500, an incredible feat for a newborn. He was trained from a young age in Martial Arts by his father, and was shown to have great power and skill, but no control. He later enrolled in the Satan City school system.

Mato has spiky brown hair with a widow's peak and bangs, a light peach complexion, dark eyes, and a tall and lithe frame. He normally wears an auburn gi over blue pants, misty grey fingerless gloves, yellow boots and a white belt.

Abilities

Techniques

  • Flight: The ability to push off the ground and fly using ki.
  • Ki Blast: The most basic form of energy wave.
  • Spirit Sword: A blade made from energy. It can extend to any length needed. It was invented and taught to him by his father.
  • Kamehameha: A basic energy wave in which he holds his hands near one of his sides, creating a shiny, blue energy ball. Then he throws his palms forward to fire the beam.
    • Electric Kamehameha: A more powerful, yellow-golden version of the Kamehameha.
    • Big Bang Kamehameha: Mato is able to combine the Kamehameha and the Big Bang Attack to form the Big Bang Kamehameha.
  • Big Bang Attack: An attack invented by Vegeta and taught to Mato by Vegetto, it is used by placing one's hand up as if to signal "Stop", and firing a bomb of energy from their hand.
  • Instant Transmission: A teleportation technique used by transporting oneself to a source of ki.
