Mataro is one of the strongest warriors from Planet Prince. He makes a short appearance in Dragon Ball: Reincarnation. He mistook Arashi for an intruder and the two had a brief battle. Mataro usually cares for the health and benefit of others but at times becomes ruthlessly aggressive. He specializes in speed and agility and not so much power.
