Master Mutaito is the master of Master Roshi. In BH saga, he was brouth back to life, along with Tambourine, to serve Prince Bartek, just to troll with Goku
Revival and joining the evil prince[]
When prince Bartek came to heaven to recruit Mutaito, at first the noble warrior and master of Roshi denied joining BH's forces of evil, but then he learned that it was no use to fight him. After learning that there is some good in BH, he understood why he has chosed him and wished BH to eventually find peace in his heart, to which the prince blushed and said "Hmph!"
BH's henchman[]
Once arriving in BH's castle Goku's clone sensed Mutaito's KI and went to greed him as soon as possible, Mutaito thanked him for killing King Piccolo, but the clone of goku nervously said that it was his source material who did that, Mutaito then added that BH's adopted big bro also has some good in him and he's happy to see that. BH then gave Mutaito an massive powerup, and he's now strong as Super Saiyan 3 (Not to mention the human zenkai boosts, which is shown to human clones under BH command). Some years later, Mutaito and Tambourine discovered the frozen North Supreme Kai who was badly beat up from one of BH's roleplays - Kid Buu, but somehow survived, BH then informs Mutaito that he is one the highest gods in the cosmos and that he is valuable to him, just like Mutaito, which shocked Mutaito.
