Loriphim's Hunters are a small group of Iyxan children and youths who are led by the venerable Master Loriphim. This faction existed primarily as a means to teach young Iyxans how to hunt. This faction is featured in Outbreak: Paved In Blood, which is a segment of Dragon Ball Z: The Forgotten.
Role[]
A significant aspect of Iyxan culture is hunting, so it should come as no surprise that learning how to hunt is also crucial for the development of a young Iyxan. Loriphim's Hunters is such a group; one where many children are taught how to hunt. This group likely had a different name before Master Loriphim became its leader (he probably was in such a group himself, when he was a mere lad), but the concept of it has existed for many hundreds, if not thousands, of years on Iyxia. Such groups usually teach children starting when they are 4 years old, and the training usually ends by the time each Iyxan reaches 8 years of age. Groups like Loriphim's Hunters exist across Iyxia and are considered a common part of Iyxan culture.
History[]
This faction was formed in the 579 Age by Master Loriphim. Through the years, he used this group as a means to teach at least three generations of Iyxans how to hunt. Loriphim soon gained recognition in his community for his success as a hunting instructor.
In the 612 Age, The Benefactor joined this faction. In the first chapter of Outbreak, he, Nico, Igear, and several other young children started getting taught how to hunt by Master Loriphim. In that chapter, however, The Benefactor slew Nico and Igear. Early in chapter two, he killed Master Loriphim for bossing him around (as well, he forced Loriphim to kill his own daughter). Soon after, The Benefactor murdered the rest of Loriphim's Hunters, thus ending this faction once and for all.
