Lord Orkra is the grandfather of King Vegeta and the secondary antagonist in the fanfic Dragon Ball: Survivor. He was the one who incited the Saiyans into rebellion, but his grandson ordered all historical accounts of the rebellion to cite himself as the leader of the revolution.
Personality[]
Lord Orkra is a manipulative, cold, heartless ruler. Despite having been weakened for most of the story, Orkra's incredible intellect managed to lead the Saiyan race to victory over the Tuffles.
