The Light 3rd Regression is a form after using Light Copy on 3rd Regression. Its a form its user can take to supress their power and allow for more control over their raw destructive power. Despite commonly being called the "first" form, it is actually the third stage away from their base form. As such, their power is fully contained, letting the user fully control and restrain their power at ease at the cost of it being severly dampended.

Their appearance looks like a smaller and frailer version of the Light 2nd Regression. He looks like he did back as a kid.
