Blue haired Launch is a sweet, pure-hearted cheerful and always ready to help. She also has a innocent persona too. In this form is more intelligent and is more of a tactician. She is still a skilled martial artist but is weaker than her Blonde form. She is also a counselor.
Blonde[]
Blonde haired Launch is the complete opposite of Blue haired Launch. She is a walking time bomb. she is short tempered, easily provoked and cruel. However, she is a great motivator and a skilled negotiator.
