Laila (Also spelled Lila), formerly known as the Western Supreme Kai, is the mother of Xicor and (before his birth) Cooler and Frieza. During the Kid Buu attack from Bibidi on the cosmos, she was left for death and thus she has an grudge on her "brother", Kibitokai for not helping her. Upon learning that Goku defeated her son, she decided to have an son worthy of her, so she invited goku (who was on his training on Yadrat) to an feast, when Goku was sleeping, Laila took the blood sample from him in order to create Xicor. Then after Goku left with Shenron, she and Xicor arrived on Earth to search for Goku.
