The Kiokameha is an energy blast when the user uses a Kio-Ken then charges up a Kamehameha. The Kio-Ken's energy has to go into the kamehameha's energy ball. It does massive damage but, you no longer are in a Kio-Ken state. Goku almost used one against Frieza but, he stayed with his Kio Ken state. It is extremely hard to control and there are only 3 known users. Trunks, Central Kai, and Goten.

This beam can be red, blue or green. The beam's appearance matters on how much power you put in it, Blue is for the highest.
