After a internal conflict between the Saiyans, this led to Planet Sadala's destruction. Using stolen spaceships, the primitive Saiyans arrive on Planet Plant, a scientifically advanced world inhabited by the brilliant Tuffles. Planet Plant has high gravity (ten times that of Earth), making the Tuffles very short, but allowing the Saiyans to toughen up their bodies. The Tuffles at first approve of the Saiyans living there, but over the next few centuries the Saiyans evolve with surprising rapidity, gaining greater intelligence but also even stronger violent instincts. During the conflict with the Saiyan Tuffles war, He eventually retires and allows his son to become the King of Saiyans. he dies in the war.
